Know before you upgrade
Power increases are now requested through your supplier and validated by E-REDES. Above certain limits — or when switching to 3-phase — a certified technician must submit updated installation documents before the meter is changed.
The technical sheet that describes your installation: protections, cable sections, earthing. It's signed by a DGEG-registered technician and is often the missing piece blocking an upgrade.
